www.TheTradeReferralNetwork.Com is a site operated by Keith Barrow Heating and Plumbing (Special Projects) Limited ("We").  We are registered in England and Wales under company number 05883986 and have our registered office at 2 Pavilion Court, 600 Pavilion Drive, Northampton NN4 7SL.  Our main trading address is 6 Titley Bawk Avenue, Earls Barton, Northampton NN6 0LA. Our VAT number is 974 0297 00

Accessing our site

Access to our site is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the service we provide on our site without notice (see below). We will not be liable if for any reason our site is unavailable at any time or for any period.

Our liability - specific

Our website is simply a means whereby people enquiring about goods and/or services that they need can be put in touch with traders who have expressed an interest in receiving such enquiries and who describe themselves as being able to provide those goods and/or services. We do not warrant that our own services consist of anything other than those described on our "How It Works" page nor do we warrant that your use of our services will secure any particular outcome or benefit for you.

 

The decisions about whether to enter into any particular contract with any trader or enquirer, as the case may be, and if so on what terms, is a matter entirely for you. We will neither give advice on, nor become a party to, any such contract nor will we become involved in negotiations. We do not accept any responsibility for your decisions and specifically exclude any duty of care towards any party.

 

We do not vet, endorse or recommend any trader, although if we receive consistent, credible poor feedback about a trader we will consider removing them from our database, after giving them the opportunity of responding to any adverse comments made to us.

 

Information exchanged directly between enquirers and traders following introduction through our site supersedes entirely any information given through our site.

 

We exclude all liability for the performance and non-performance of any obligations arising as between a trader and an enquirer, whether contractual, tortuous, statutory, common law or of any other type whatsoever.

 

Data protection

You permit us to share your personal data with other users of our site as may reasonably be necessary for us to provide the services offered on the site.
